Care Services Manager – Adult Social Care

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of up to £46,000; please reach out if you are seeking a higher salary to explore available options.
- Up to 28 Days + 8 Bank Holidays of Annual Leave.

About the Organization:
Compass Associates is honored to collaborate with a distinguished charity dedicated to supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs. With a rich history spanning over 50 years, they have built a stellar reputation in the sector. We are currently in search of a seasoned Care Services Manager to oversee a 7-bed facility catering to individuals with complex care requirements, including epilepsy and mobility challenges.
Role Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Care Services Manager to lead an established service that has consistently received a Good rating from regulatory bodies. The facility boasts a stable team of staff members, each demonstrating longevity in their positions.
The organization is looking for a reliable leader who can enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of managing Residential Adult Learning Disability or Complex Needs services to a "Good" standard.
- Experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager, or a highly capable Deputy Manager.
- Preferably, a history of longevity in previous roles.
- Ability to support, manage, and develop staff according to varying needs.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory standards.
- Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about care.
- Strong connections with local authorities.
- NVQ Level 5 or RMA qualification is preferred.
