Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Advisor to join our team at LNJ Recruitment. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge and Education: Expand your knowledge of insurance products and services, enabling you to educate and guide clients in selecting the insurance options that best suit their needs.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Utilize strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to tailor solutions to each client's unique requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships with clients.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to tailor solutions to each client's unique requirements.
  • Previous Sales or Customer-Focused Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role is beneficial, but not required. We provide comprehensive on-site training, workshops, and coaching to support your growth and development.
  • Passion for the Industry: Possess a genuine passion for the insurance industry and a desire to succeed.
