About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our 140,000 customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Make outbound contacts with customers to provide support and resolve queries
  • Offer support to customers across various business service areas, including Housing, Repairs, Complaints, and more
  • Adhere to Call Quality guidelines and resolution standards
  • Work flexible shifts, including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and other rotating shifts

  • Good computer literacy and ability to use multiple systems
  • Ability to turn problems into solutions and provide empathetic support
