Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our Market Rent team, you will provide exceptional day-to-day operational support and administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support to the Market Rent team, including filing, data management, and answering emails
* Utilize customer systems to manage and report repairs
* Perform general administrative tasks, including some outbound calling to customers
* Maintain a high level of customer service focus and provide a positive experience for all customers

**Requirements:**

* Solid experience within a busy customer-focused role
* Computer literate with ability to manage own workload
* Strong customer service focus and confident telephone manner
* Experience of operating within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
