Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Tulip Recruitment on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months.

About the Role: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional day-to-day operational admin duties to support the Market Rent team. Your main tasks will include:

  • Filing and data management
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Managing workload and prioritizing tasks
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Operating within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a busy customer-focused role
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in customer systems
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Strong customer service focus and confident communication skills
  • Experience of operating within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
