Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Tulip Recruitment on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months.
About the Role: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional day-to-day operational admin duties to support the Market Rent team. Your main tasks will include:
- Filing and data management
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Managing workload and prioritizing tasks
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Operating within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a busy customer-focused role
- Computer literacy and proficiency in customer systems
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
- Strong customer service focus and confident communication skills
- Experience of operating within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
