Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound contacts with customers to provide support and resolve queries
- Offer support to customers across various business service areas, including Housing, Repairs, Complaints, and more
- Adhere to Call Quality guidelines and resolution standards
- Work flexible shifts, including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and other rotating shifts
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to actively listen
- Resilience and ability to handle complex and difficult customer queries
- Good computer literacy and ability to use multiple systems
- Ability to turn problems into solutions and provide empathetic support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of home repairs and maintenance an advantage
