Job Title: Autism Support Assistant

**Job Type:** Full-time, Term-time only

**Location:** Lewisham

**Salary:** £105 - £110 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Autism Support Assistant to join our team. As an Autism Support Assistant, you will provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with ASD requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Develop and implement tailored programs to meet the needs of pupils with ASD
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective support for pupils
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working with children with ASD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish within
