We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a Registered Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff to provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes or in our residential services. You will work closely with our service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Work closely with our service users, their families, and other professionals to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the best possible care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided to our service users.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise in relation to the care and support provided to our service users.
