About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator at Care UK. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide a warm welcome to visitors, manage our visitors book, and support the successful running of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional and courteous welcome to visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our care home.
  • Manage the visitors book, ensuring accurate and timely completion of entries.
  • Support the front desk team with administrative tasks, including payroll and recruitment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues, responding promptly to email enquiries and phone calls.
