Care Home Activities Coordinator

Our client, a reputable care home provider, is seeking a skilled Activities Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of engaging activities for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work closely with the care manager to develop and implement activity programs, including organizing events and activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a range of engaging activities for residents, including arts, crafts, games, and outings
- Work closely with the care manager to develop and implement activity programs

- Collaborate with external partners to deliver activities and services that meet the needs of residents
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs and make recommendations for improvement
