You will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer queries, defects, and requests with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely resolutions. Responsibilities:
- Customer interaction: Handle all inbound customer queries regarding their new homes, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Coordination: Organise and liaise with contractors, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of any customer issues or defects.
- Follow-up: Track open issues and keep homeowners informed until their concerns are fully resolved.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workloads.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination roles.
- Knowledge or experience in the property, housing, or construction sectors is a plus, but not essential.
