The Role: As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for new homeowners, ensuring that their journey from moving into resolving any aftercare issues is handled smoothly and professionally. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating customer queries, defects, and requests with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely resolutions. Responsibilities:

  • Customer interaction: Handle all inbound customer queries regarding their new homes, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Coordination: Organise and liaise with contractors, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of any customer issues or defects.
  • Follow-up: Track open issues and keep homeowners informed until their concerns are fully resolved.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
