Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional HR services throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Manage payroll operations to guarantee precise and timely remuneration.
  • Ensure the integrity of HRIS data and generate management reports.
  • Streamline and automate HR processes for efficiency.
  • Safeguard sensitive HR information, employee benefits, and policy revisions.
  • Supervise comprehensive payroll processing, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Reporting, Organizational Chart)
  • Experience with UKG Ready
  • Knowledge of Sage payroll systems
  • Expertise in payroll and HRIS systems
  • Strong grasp of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance standards
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint

In exchange for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 5% employer pension contribution, private healthcare, and 25 days of annual leave in addition to UK bank holidays.
