Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional HR services throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Manage payroll operations to guarantee precise and timely remuneration.
- Ensure the integrity of HRIS data and generate management reports.
- Streamline and automate HR processes for efficiency.
- Safeguard sensitive HR information, employee benefits, and policy revisions.
- Supervise comprehensive payroll processing, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Reporting, Organizational Chart)
- Experience with UKG Ready
- Knowledge of Sage payroll systems
- Expertise in payroll and HRIS systems
- Strong grasp of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance standards
- Advanced Excel skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint
In exchange for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £50,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 5% employer pension contribution, private healthcare, and 25 days of annual leave in addition to UK bank holidays.
