About the Role

The Melton short breaks and supported living service is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Administrative Support Specialist.

This role requires a proactive individual who is well-organized and capable of managing their workload independently. A friendly and empathetic demeanor is essential, as you will interact with various stakeholders while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including customer service, handling inquiries, and managing correspondence.
  • Execute general office tasks such as filing, data collection, and responding to emails.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functional.
  • Support management in organizing and prioritizing tasks, while effectively managing your own workload.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient information and data management systems are in place.
