About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a specialist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessment and treatment to children, young people, and their families who have complex mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide CBT assessment, formulation, and individual/group intervention for children, young people, and families with complex mental health problems.
  • Use a variety of psychometric questionnaires and routine outcome measures to inform practice and improve treatment outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies to deliver specialist interventions and provide expert clinical advice.
  • Carry a caseload and coordinate care for children, young people, and families on your caseload.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Allied Health Professional, or Social Worker.
  • Significant experience as a clinician in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
  • Experience of collaborative multi-disciplinary and multi-agency work.
