As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our therapy service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, using evidence-based practice and client-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
- Support the learning and development of students and staff, contributing to the growth and improvement of our team.
- Develop enhanced clinical skills and knowledge in an area of interest linked with patient cohorts, such as cognition, specific clinical conditions, or prehabilitation/acute rehabilitation.
- Participate in 7-day working patterns as required, ensuring seamless patient care across all shifts.
