Occupational Therapist Specialist

About the Role
University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients with varying diagnoses and complex needs, using evidence-based practice with client-centered principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions for patients with complex needs.
- Develop and maintain effective communication networks with patients, carers, multidisciplinary teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of enhanced clinical skills and knowledge in an area of interest linked with patient cohorts.
- Participate in 7-day working patterns as required.
