As a Rotational Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient departments, and develop your skills in assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Provide a range of interventions, including physical, cognitive, and perceptual therapies, to address patients' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective discharge planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote patient-centered care.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based research to inform clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience in acute care settings, with a focus on clinical development and excellence.
