Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a range of HR administrative duties, including recruitment processing, new starter inductions, and payroll administration.
- Manage accurate employee records, including holidays, sickness, and leavers.
- Handle internal and external enquiries relating to HR matters, providing professional and confidential support to employees and stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months administration experience, preferably in a HR environment.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Attention to detail and a professional, confidential manner.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working within a HR team is preferred.
