Business Development Executive

We are gearing up to revolutionize the electronic and health & beauty industries with the introduction of two new brands and a wide range of exciting products. Our team is driven, innovative, and fearless, and we are looking for a confident and ambitious sales professional to join us.
Your Role:
- Identify and research new business opportunities across various markets, growth areas, partnerships, and other channels to reach new and existing markets.
- Establish and maintain progressive customer relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Develop a deep understanding of current trends and build successful pitches to drive sales for our products and brands.
- Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at different seniority levels, building trust and rapport.
- Stay up-to-date with market demands and develop a successful sales strategy to meet customer needs.
- Develop an understanding of how other organizations work, identifying key decision-makers and building successful sales pitches based on their requirements.
- Maintain a strong network of importers, distributors, wholesalers, and dealers across the globe, fostering productive and profitable relationships.
- Sell all products from our stable of brands, delivering a seamless sales experience from initial conversation to dispatch.
- Support business development through cross-selling, up-selling, offers, and campaign promotions to target new and lapsed clients.
About You:
- 3+ years of product sales experience (Essential)
- Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Mandarin, or Arabic (Essential)
- Previous FMCG sales experience (Preferred)
- Industry-related qualification or equivalent experience
- Highly driven, tenacious, and confident individual with a passion for sales
- Extensive business development experience and a strong commitment to sales
- Fantastic communication skills and ability to engage with clients at different seniority levels
- Proven track record of winning new business and maintaining key accounts
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player
