We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Sales Professional to join our team at Multibrands International Ltd. As a Business Development Manager/Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth across our portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify new business opportunities across new markets, growth areas, partnerships, and other ways of reaching new and existing markets.
- Establish and maintain progressive customer relationships with key clients.
- Develop and execute successful sales pitches to drive sales for our FMCG, LED, and tech brands.
- Build and maintain relationships with importers, distributors, large wholesalers, multiple retail chain operators, and dealers.
- Support business development through cross-selling, up-selling, and campaign promotions to target new and lapsed clients.
- Deliver across the entire sales journey, from initial conversation to dispatch of goods.
- 3+ years of product sales experience (essential) and previous FMCG sales experience (preferred).
- Qualified through experience or industry-related qualification.
- Highly driven, tenacious, and confident individual with a passion for sales.
- Extensive business development experience and a strong track record of winning new business and maintaining key accounts.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
