Business Development Executive

We are seeking a driven sales professional to identify new business opportunities, establish customer relationships, and drive sales across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify new business opportunities across new markets, growth areas, partnerships, and other ways to reach new and existing markets.
- Establish and maintain progressive customer relationships with key clients.
- Identify current trends and build a successful pitch to drive sales for relevant products and brands.
- Develop an understanding of how other organizations work to determine who the buying decision-makers are and build a successful sales pitch based on their requirements.
- Make contact and form productive and profitable relationships with importers, distributors, large wholesalers, multiple retail chain operators, and dealers across the globe.
- Sell all products from the company's stable of brands.
- Support business development through cross-selling, up-selling offers, and campaign promotions to target new and lapsed clients.
- Deliver across the entire sales journey, from the initial conversation to the dispatch of goods.
- 3+ years of product sales experience (essential).
- International sales experience.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Mandarin, or Arabic.
- Qualified through experience or industry-related qualification.
- Highly driven, tenacious, and confident individual with a high passion for sales.
- Extensive business development experience and a strong understanding of how other organizations work.
- Fantastic communication skills and confidence in speaking to people of different seniority.
- Proven track record of winning new business and maintaining key accounts.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player.
