Your Role: Business Development Manager/Executive - UK Sales

As a Business Development Manager/Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities across diverse markets. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Researching and identifying promising avenues for growth, including new markets, partnerships, and innovative sales strategies.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyzing current market trends and developing compelling pitches to drive sales across the company's diverse product portfolio.
  • Demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with individuals at various seniority levels.
  • Understanding customer demands and tailoring sales strategies to meet their specific needs across FMCG, LED, and techtron brands.
  • Developing a deep understanding of other organizations' structures and identifying key decision-makers to build targeted sales pitches.
  • Building productive relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and dealers to expand the company's reach.
  • Promoting and selling all products from Multibrands International Ltd's diverse range of brands.
  • Supporting business development through cross-selling, up-selling initiatives, and targeted promotional campaigns to attract new and retain existing clients.
  • Guiding the entire sales journey, from initial contact to product dispatch, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with proven success in business development. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in product sales, with a preference for FMCG sales background.
  • A strong track record of winning new business and maintaining key accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to identify emerging trends.
