Position Overview:

In the role of Technical Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland, you will take charge of nurturing and expanding relationships with clients and distributors across your designated area. This position offers significant autonomy and requires a proactive individual with a solid grasp of the distribution landscape and the capability to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and clients in the UK & Ireland.
  • Promote and sell the complete range of the company's products, which includes additives for ruminants, poultry, and swine.
  • Offer expert technical assistance and insights to clients, ensuring they effectively utilize our innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the European team to synchronize regional strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage your territory independently, taking full responsibility for business outcomes.
  • Engage in travel throughout the territory to connect with distributors, clients, and participate in industry events.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment, effectively addressing challenges and changes.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and distributor management within the feed sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the livestock industry, particularly focusing on ruminants (dairy & beef).
  • Capacity to work autonomously and make impactful business decisions.
  • Assertive, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • International experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK & Ireland.

Location:

This position is fully remote, with travel required throughout your designated area.
