Position Overview:
In the role of Technical Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland, you will oversee the management and expansion of our customer base and distributor network within your designated territory. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and requires a driven individual with a comprehensive understanding of the distribution landscape and the capability to operate independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with distributors and clients across the UK & Ireland.
- Promote sales of the complete product range, including additives for ruminants, poultry, and swine.
- Offer technical assistance and advice to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and able to utilize our innovative feed solutions effectively.
- Work in conjunction with the European team to synchronize regional strategies and initiatives.
- Independently manage your territory with full accountability, taking charge of business outcomes.
- Engage in travel throughout the territory to connect with distributors, clients, and participate in industry events.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, effectively responding to changes and challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in sales and distributor management within the feed sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the livestock industry, particularly in the ruminant sector (dairy & beef).
- Capacity to work autonomously and make impactful decisions that foster business success.
- Assertive, flexible, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- International experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Readiness to travel extensively within the UK & Ireland.
Location:
This position is fully remote, based in the UK, with travel required throughout your territory. The company also maintains a UK office and other global locations.
