Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Swindale Parks (Sales & Marketing) Recruitment. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for covering the South of the UK, Birmingham down, and will have commercial responsibility for your customer base, consisting of new and established customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customer sites to build relationships and ensure margin and annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Food Manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Managing and maintaining a strong understanding of the Food Manufacturing sector, including market trends and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable sales track record selling capital and/or consumable items into the Food Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the South of the UK.

What We Offer:

  • A very competitive package including a basic salary of £45,000 plus an attractive commission structure giving an OTE of £90,000.
