Job Title: AV and Lighting Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AV and Lighting Sales Specialist to join our team at Solutions Engineering Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling high-end entertainment lighting products to clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the range of entertainment lighting products
  • Reignite relationships with existing clients and ensure client retention
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients the best solutions for their events/installations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AV or lighting sales within the entertainment/events industry
  • Strong all-round technical knowledge of entertainment lighting systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, driven attitude with a passion for client relationships
  • Full UK Driving License
