Lighting Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Sales Manager - Lighting to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the lighting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the lighting sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with D&B contractors, M&E contractors, and M&E consultants to drive sales and specification of our lighting products.
- Work closely with our Regional Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to achieve targets.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on our lighting products and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies are aligned with market needs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in specification field sales, ideally in the lighting sector.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of lighting products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Proficient in software packages such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
