Lighting Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Sales Manager - Lighting to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a manufactured range of lighting solutions to D&B contractors, M&E contractors, M&E consultants, and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the lighting industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on specification sales.
- Manage a patch of existing customers, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling lighting solutions.
- Work closely with a Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible lighting solutions for their projects.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in specification field sales, with a focus on lighting.
- Strong technical background, with knowledge of lighting solutions and software packages such as Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, and Relux or Dialux.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ambitious and driven, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
