Technical Sales Manager Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of products for the Food Manufacturing sector, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve margin and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the South of the UK
  • Visit customer sites to provide technical support and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable sales track record selling capital and/or consumable items into the Food Manufacturing sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex sales deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to meet business travel needs throughout the South of the UK
