Job Summary

Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant - Technical Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our Workday practice, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise and project management skills to drive successful Workday implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their business strategies, challenges, and goals, and provide technical guidance to ensure successful Workday implementations.
  • Exhibit strong executive presence, demonstrate polished demeanor, and possess superior communication skills to effectively manage pre-sales, project execution, and complex environments.
  • Analyze, prototype, and implement new Workday functional features, presenting new features and impacts to business stakeholders and engaging in end-to-end regression testing.
  • Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion and meeting business process and application requirements.
  • Craft and configure applications to meet business needs, understanding Workday integration execution and launch parameters.
  • Develop and implement Workday integrations, leveraging experience in inbound and outbound integrations, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI, Workday Studio, and other technical tools.

Requirements

  • BE/MBA/M.Tech degree
  • Workday principal technical consultant experience, including requirement gathering, feasibility study, design, build, and deploy
  • Workday integration experience in implementation, enhancements, and production support
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with inbound and outbound integrations, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI, Workday Studio, and other technical tools
