About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safeguarding Lead to join our team at Helping Hands, a leading home care provider. As a Safeguarding Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a lesson learned and enhancement plan to drive continual improvement in the delivery of care to our customers.
  • Proactively identify and address audit, regulator feedback, customer, and carer voice concerns to improve national performance.
  • Regularly identify and report on root-cause insights impacting customers, focusing on safeguarding.
  • Develop quality assurance processes and assess outputs to drive quality improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and protocols that facilitate safe, effective, and timely information sharing processes.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant safeguarding qualification or professional training, extensive knowledge of UK safeguarding laws, and experience in the care sector. You must be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
