About the Role

We are seeking a Safeguarding Lead to implement operational excellence across our business, positively impacting our customers through exceptional carers and teams. This role will deliver outstanding customer care and service in a market-leading home care organization by fostering an open, transparent, and learning culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a lesson learnt and enhancement plan to drive continual improvement on the delivery of care to our customers, through proactive communication and internal cascades.
  • Proactively approach audit, regulator feedback, customer, and carer voice to improve national performance through Registered Managers.
  • Regularly identify and report on root-cause insights impacting customers, focused on safeguarding.
  • Develop quality assurance processes and assess outputs to drive quality improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and protocols that facilitate safe, effective, and timely information sharing processes, reflecting current legislation and national policy.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need a relevant safeguarding qualification or professional training, extensive knowledge of UK safeguarding laws, and experience in the care sector. You must be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with the team. Strong digital and technology skills are required, as is the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
