Educational Support Professional

The role of Teaching Assistant Level 2+ at Alcester Academy involves working closely with teaching staff to support the learning and development of students. This part-time, term-time only position requires a dedicated individual who can work effectively as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant.
Key responsibilities include providing academic and pastoral support to students, assisting teachers with lesson delivery, and contributing to the overall well-being of the school community. A strong emphasis is placed on creating a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of working with children with complex needs an advantage. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.
