- Efficiently create and chase quotes, updating computer systems to ensure accurate records.
- Process sales orders and client payments with precision, guaranteeing timely and secure transactions.
- Maintain organized filing systems, keeping relevant documentation up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of logistical processes, including deliveries and collections.
- Support the creation of engaging content for the company website, enhancing online presence and customer engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or administration, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to efficiently manage data and documents.
