  • Maintain organized filing systems, keeping relevant documentation up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of logistical processes, including deliveries and collections.
  • Support the creation of engaging content for the company website, enhancing online presence and customer engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or administration, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to efficiently manage data and documents.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and customer interaction.
