We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our well-established domiciliary physiotherapy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their homes, working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will have a broad clinical background, including musculoskeletal, elderly care, neurology, and respiratory care. You will be expected to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and integrated care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients in their homes
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participating in team in-service training and professional development
