About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled physiotherapist to join our Domiciliary Physiotherapy team as a Senior Physiotherapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes, working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments to patients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and policies
  • Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • State registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
  • Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a physiotherapist in a community setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
