Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients across three services in the North East region.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Must have a driving license and access to a car.
  • Experience working in a care home setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
