Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team of White Horse Employment, a rapidly growing and luxurious company.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be an essential part of the wider marketing team, responsible for driving the company's digital presence and establishing a successful online strategy. Day to day, you will be working towards enhancing the company's digital footprint and establishing a strong online community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and managing all online platforms to achieve substantial growth.
- Heading up the influencer marketing strategy for the company, dealing with all communication and contracts with influencers and agents, arranging and managing influencer shoots, etc.
- Staying up to date on digital marketing trends and competitor analysis.
- Collaborating with the wider marketing and content teams to drive the brand, ensuring consistency across all channels, and fostering a strong online community.
- Monitoring digital marketing performance, analyzing and reporting on findings to implement new strategies.
- Keeping an eye out for new ideas, using creative initiative to think outside the box.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A real passion and enthusiasm for all things marketing and digital media.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- A great use of initiative and ability to think outside of the box.
- Influencer marketing experience is preferred.

This is a fully office-based position, 5 days a week, with no hybrid working. Due to the location of the office, you will need to be able to drive for this position.
