Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Rocking Zebra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager to create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
  • Manage Paid Social Media Campaigns: Oversee the development and execution of paid social media campaigns, including social media advertising and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives.
  • Website Management: Manage website updates using our Content Management System (CMS) and work on improving user experience and website projects.
  • Social Media Content Planning: Plan and schedule social media content, tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Marketing Automation: Use marketing automation tools to drive campaign success and promote our B2B services.
  • Asset Creation: Work with our internal design team to create engaging assets for social media, emails, and PPC campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce to optimize results.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and contribute to the long-term success of our strategy.

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting, with knowledge of content writing, marketing automation, and social media.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering campaigns from start to finish.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading, and editing.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using website CMS, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Qualifications:
    • Degree: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desirable).
    • Marketing Automation: Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, and Adobe (desirable).
    • Certifications: Certifications in Google Analytics or other digital marketing qualifications (desirable).
