Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy
    • Assist in the development of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including social media, website, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with External Agencies
    • Work with external agencies to create and execute effective paid campaigns across social media and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Content Management and Optimization
    • Collaborate with the marketing team and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate website content updates.
    • Create engaging landing pages and optimize the user experience through the website.
  • Social Media Management
    • Coordinate and monitor the social media schedule for all social media platforms, regularly reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Marketing Degree or Equivalent
    • A marketing degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
  • Digital Marketing Experience
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Technical Skills
    • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques, including digital content writing, marketing automation, and social media.
  • Project Management
    • End-to-end campaign project management experience.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Administrative and Organizational Skills
    • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Experience with analyzing and reporting on marketing performance.
  • Team Player
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and a great team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
