Job Title: Reception Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Member to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome to our hotel.
  • Manage all incoming reservations, including checking guests in and out, and handling any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Upsell hotel services and amenities to guests, ensuring maximum revenue opportunities.
  • Verify and update guest information in our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably with Accor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud and ResaWeb systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
