Job Title: Reception Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Member to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Reservation Management: Manage all incoming reservations, including checking in and out guests, handling room blocks, groups, and tours, and ensuring accurate information is input in Opera.
  • Upselling and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and increase revenue, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, including managing complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, and dealing with complaints.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably with Accor.
  • Skills: Opera Cloud knowledge, leadership skills, ability to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, and dealing with complaints.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
