Our client, a leading company in Aberdeen, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to support their team on a contract basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing quality data, as well as providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of the business. Your duties will include making contact with vendors to request RAMS, discussing issues, and working with others to resolve them. You will also be responsible for keeping the permit tracker up to date, supporting the construction village setup, and filing documentation on S Drive and SAP. Additionally, you will take charge of filling certifications on SAP, control and execute warranty claims, work with the warehouse during spare requests and allocation, and support HSE in the induction process during shutdown periods.
