We are currently recruiting a Technical Administrator to join our Technical Services team based at Rigifa, Cove.

**Key Accountabilities**

Data-entry, reporting and related records management;
Immediate notification of any issues and findings related to data-entry, reporting and related records management;
Receiving, preparing, scheduling and tracking of samples and equipment to and from the laboratories;
Supporting the Laboratory Services Manager in maintaining the company’s quality management systems (QMS);
Assistance in scheduling of internal meeting and related preparation and distribution of meeting minutes;
Maintenance of office supplies and equipment;
Providing general administrative support to the Technical Service group as required;
Identifying areas for process and quality improvements for the benefit of the group and company as a whole;
Conducting a walkthrough of the office and laboratory at the end of each shift to ensure daily housekeeping regimes are being carried out; and

Supporting of other company services as requested.

**Skills and Experience**

Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Excellent attention to detail.

Well organized

Good verbal and written communication.

Good interpersonal skills.

Highly conscientious and diligent.

Strong and flexible work ethic.

Professionalism in dealing with customers and colleagues.

Valid drivers licence (manual).
