Job Description

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the UK region, providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • You will be responsible for customer onboarding and training, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • You will train customers on how to use our online system, offering support for placing orders, stock declarations, and managing stock balances.
  • You will conduct period-end account checks to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • You will evaluate, communicate, finalize, and follow up on stock audits at customers.
  • You will contribute to monthly customer review meetings.
  • You will monitor customer stock movements and investigate any discrepancies.
  • You will be responsible for customer master data.
  • You will serve as the customer's point of contact for reporting quality issues and will support the Quality Department in resolving these issues.

Requirements:

  • You will have training as an industrial clerk, office management assistant, or acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in a Customer Support position. Motivation and ability to learn are more important than years of experience.
  • You will be a problem solver with a passion for working with numbers and an eye for detail.
  • You will be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You will be able to work independently, setting your own priorities and working well under pressure.
  • You will be able to maintain focus and drive, even during short deadlines.
  • You will communicate with customers and internal employees in a professional and constructive manner.
  • You will be familiar with MS Office, and training-on-the-job will be provided for our internal software.
