Job Title: BSL Interpreter

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled BSL interpreters to join our team at DA Languages. As a BSL interpreter, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between individuals who use British Sign Language and those who do not.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret BSL to English and vice versa in a variety of settings, including video calls and conference calls.
  • Work with clients from various sectors, including the public and private sectors.
  • Provide high-quality interpretation services that meet the needs of clients and service users.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in BSL and English, with a minimum of C1 level.
  • Standard DBS check or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
