Position Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Manager with a solid history in comprehensive sales. This position entails acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts. You will oversee a team of 6 sales professionals, comprising Business Development Executives and Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new clients and enhance relationships with current customers
  • Lead and manage a team of 6 sales professionals
  • Assign customers, leads, and inquiries to your team
  • Collaborate with customer service, procurement, operations, and logistics departments
  • Conduct performance evaluations and establish personal objectives for the team
  • Stay informed about market trends to make strategic business decisions
  • Travel nationally to engage with clients as necessary

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the office supplies sector (stationery, office furnishings, cleaning supplies, PPE, promotional items, interior design)
  • Demonstrated comprehensive sales experience, including business development and account management
  • Experience in managing a team of 4-10 individuals
  • Willingness to travel to clients nationwide
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to set performance goals for the team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and dedication to professional development
