Position Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Manager with a solid history in comprehensive sales. This position entails acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts. You will oversee a team of 6 sales professionals, comprising Business Development Executives and Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and enhance relationships with current customers
- Lead and manage a team of 6 sales professionals
- Assign customers, leads, and inquiries to your team
- Collaborate with customer service, procurement, operations, and logistics departments
- Conduct performance evaluations and establish personal objectives for the team
- Stay informed about market trends to make strategic business decisions
- Travel nationally to engage with clients as necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience in the office supplies sector (stationery, office furnishings, cleaning supplies, PPE, promotional items, interior design)
- Demonstrated comprehensive sales experience, including business development and account management
- Experience in managing a team of 4-10 individuals
- Willingness to travel to clients nationwide
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to set performance goals for the team
- Entrepreneurial mindset and dedication to professional development
