The Company: On Target Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency that places sales, technical, and commercial personnel in the Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Medical & Scientific, and Commercial & Industrial Solutions sectors. We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to work for a market leader in the supply of a wide range of Building Materials. This company is internationally renowned for its commitment to sustainable development and has worked on some of the most prestigious construction products in the UK and internationally. The company provides customers with the most reliable and comprehensive array of building materials, tailored to suit their specific needs. The Role of the Sales Executive: The Sales Executive will be responsible for offering the company's range of concrete to the construction sector. This will involve selling concrete and admixtures into contractors and end-users. The role will be traditionally field-based, with 4 days spent on the road and 1 day at home. The Sales Executive will focus 60% of their time on account management and the remaining 40% on new business. Benefits of the Role: The successful candidate can expect a salary of £35K - £45K, plus bonus, car, pension, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. The Ideal Person for the Role: We are looking for a field sales professional with experience in the heavy side or merchants' sales role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a territory, managing accounts, and winning new business. They will be a problem solver, able to see potential increases in sales through customer service, and confident engaging with contractors on site.
