The Role of the Sales Specialist
- The role focuses on selling a range of endodontic products.
- Collaborate with the established sales team in the UK to promote and present the endodontic range of products.
- Visit dental practices, corporate bodies, and hospital/clinic sites.
- 100% new business through existing accounts.
- Be an endodontic brand ambassador and promote the endodontic product range.
- Deliver detailed presentations of endodontic materials and equipment.
- Attend local and national dental events.
- Deliver sales processes and face-to-face customer interactions to sell and promote the endodontic range, aiming to increase overall sales share in the endodontic category with existing customers and win new customers in the wider market.
- Report to the National Sales Manager.
- Cover the Surrey, West Sussex, Middlesex, Berkshire, and Hampshire areas.

- £30k-£42k basic salary.

The Ideal Candidate for the Sales Specialist
- Endodontics sales experience preferred but not essential; consider other dental sales backgrounds.
- Also consider endodontic nurses/clinicians looking to transition into a commercial role.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role.
- Experience in dental sales.
- Knowledge of the dental industry.
- Effective and impactful communication experience.
- Confidence in using IT applications.
- Proven track record of success and local contacts would be ideal.
- Strong closer.
- Confident and polished presenter.
