Job Summary:
Dedicate Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of three staff members to manage office administration, ensuring policies are up-to-date, filing systems are accurate and efficient, and constantly reviewed.
- Provide generalist HR support, monitor sickness absences, and assist with the annual Census completion.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve office efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Head teacher and other stakeholders to achieve office goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a large school or administrative setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a small team.
- Good working knowledge of data management systems, preferably Arbor or similar.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
